Field Customer Support Engineer
Candidate will be required to attend calls on field, for a specific area, to attend our Customer’s Computer Breakdown Calls.
What we are looking for
- Should have a minimum of 1 to 5 years Experience in trouble shooting Desktops, Laptops, Networks and all Internet and WiFi-related issues.
- Two Wheeler Compulsory.
Qualifications
Diploma in Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication or a Degree in Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a Diploma in Hardware & Networking.
Resident/In-house Customer Support Engineer
Candidate will be located Full time at our customer locations and will be required to attend and take care of all our customer IT-related issues.
What we are looking for
- Should have a minimum of 1 to 5 years Experience in trouble shooting Desktops, Laptops, Networks and all Internet and WiFi-related issues.
